Clip summary: Bruce arrives at a mysterious building where he meets a handyman - who turns out to be God.

Application: The clip raises interesting questions of what we expect God to be like. For many people, he is this being living a far, far away, divorced from reality. For others, he is somebody who watches people and waits in judgment, ready to 'smite' people who irritate or upset him. The clip suggests something very different: a person who is involved in every aspect of our lives, who - although God of the universe - is willing to get stuck in and dirty over the affairs of humankind (the divine janitor). He is a God who knows his people inside out. He clearly recognises our weaknesses, but he also cares for us.

This also provides a good stimulus for the discussion - if you were to meet God face to face, what would you say to him? Bruce wants to criticise and complain, but soon becomes scared when he realises that it is God. What would the young people do and say?
